Waterways Boats is the sister website of www.french-waterways.com, the world’s most popular and authoritative source of online information about enjoying the canals and rivers of France. First created in 2003, French Waterways contains more than 400 pages of information about cruising inland France. In one’s own craft, in a self-drive hire boat, on a hotel barge charter or on a river ship cruise. It attracts upwards of 1,500 global visitors daily.
Both websites are built on more than twenty years of sailing and boating in Europe and more than fifteen years exploring the inland waterways of France where we are acknowledged experts. They have also been built by a team of marketing and web development professionals with decades of experience.
Fifteen years, ten thousand kilometres
Besides sailing the Western Mediterranean, we have cruised nearly ten thousand kilometres of the French rivers and canals from north to south, east to west, passing through over two thousand locks along the way.
